Dr Ince is a head and neck oncologist at Addenbrookes in Cambridge with an interest in recurrent /metastatic head and neck cancer and drug development. He is involved with multiple clinical and translational trials investigating therapeutic vaccines and novel immunotherapies. As a department they have strong links with the University of Cambridge, working collaboratively to bring and assess novel biomarkers to the clinic, including ctDNA and stem cell markers.

Will has an interest in metastatic salivary gland cancers and is part of the UK Salivary Gland Cancer Research Working Group. He is a postgraduate examiner for the Royal College and supervise MSc students at the Institute of Cancer Research. He lives in the countryside with his long-suffering wife, labradors (2) and daughters (3).
